These tongs are good for handling smaller portions of food, such as individual meatballs or cuts of chicken. These are NOT the choice for heavy things like racks of ribs or briskets. They're about 12"-15" long so you do end up getting your hands fairly close to a heat source.I liked the loop and claw end tongs as they had good grip on the food. The "wave" ended tongs had the least grip and seemed to be limited to flipping texas toast or buns on the grill. I'd preferred a second of the loop or claw ends instead of the wave end.For Korean grilling, sausages, or teppanyaki cooking, these tongs are great. For American style grilling with bigger cuts of meat, they're at their limits of strength and rigidity.

I just discovered these types of tongs this year and I love them. they are so perfect and easier to use than regular tongs. The smaller ones have a hard time with anything the size of a chicken breast or larger.

Zwei der Zangen sind sehr gut zu gebrauchen. Eine funktioniert nicht gut, weil sie keine Zähnchen oder Wellen an der Spitze hat. Da rutscht alles durch.Bei dem Preis ist das Verhältnis akzeptabel.Alle vertragen die Spülmaschine gut.
