It has to be VERY clean to make it stick. I used acetone, Goo Gone and lacquer thinner. They all work. The final step is to use a razor blade to scrape off ALL the adhesive remaining. I'm worried about getting it off when the time comes.

I recently purchased these sanding discs. They arrived on time and in good shape. The quality of the discs is good. I attached one to my sander without any problems. I tested it by sanding a piece of scrap wood for about 3 minutes. The disc stayed attached and I had no issues from start to finish.

There is enough glue to keep it on the wheel while it is being used after it warms up but when you quit using it they start to peel off? I guess the bottom line is they stay on when you need them.

These sanding disks work great and very handy to have different grits on hand.

I have a WEN combination disc and belt sander and these were a nice variety of grits from fine to coarse. The price was reasonable and shipping was relatively quick just not next day which would have been better yet.
