Easy to crimp the connectors. The added benefit of the heat shrink tubing is a really nice feature compared to the standard insulated connectors. I use a heat gun to heat the tubing which results in very uniform shrinking.

When properly mounted, these heat-shrink terminals provide a secure and sealed connection, The issue I had is the length of the gripping tube is so short (and of course closed at the end to provide sealing) that even as a NASA- certified technician I had difficulty obtaining a secure connection . I practiced (sacrificing about 35 terminals and was finally able to make the connection on 1 attempt.

These 100pcs 12-10 AWG Marine Grade Heat Shrink Fork Connectors work great! I love this type of connector with the heat shrink that is part of it. This works as any other like these, crimp then heat. I use a mini heat gun since it doesn't discolor it like a lighter does. Use with a good crimper too to make sure it crimps well.

I love heat shrink connectors. No more sliding heat shrink on the wire before crimping the connector. I know it doesn't take long but the time adds up if you're doing a lot of connections. And when you get going and forget to put on the heat shrink, even more time.For those that still use a lighter or touch for their heat shrink, it's time to change up your game. I found using a heat gun is the best way to use these after you crimp it.
