I"m a big fan of synthetic valve oils and slide lubricant.Starting with the slide grease, it's quite good. It takes hardly any to lube up a slide well. Just a tiny little drop. The bottle helps with the amount, as the opening is quite tiny. Five stars for the slide grease.The valve oil, on the other hand, is quite thick. If you have a vintage horn that needs some filling in the valves, this may be just the ticket for you. I put it into a horn with fairly tight valves, and it was a little sluggish.I think the price is excellent, so I'm not complaining at all about value. But do note the caveat on the oil. You might want to look for a lighter oil for new or tighter valves.
