This is a great kit for beginners! Whether you’re just getting into sourdough or giving it as a gift this has everything you’ll need. A great value! I already have a scale so I won’t be using that but plan to give it to a friend if any of my friends need one.

This is a great starter kit with most everything you need to start baking bread. The only thing I wish that it included was a jar for the bread to ferment in.

all of this stuff is super cheap in quality- I guess it good for a beginneralso you really don't need everything this kit unless you don't have masking tools.
