This is a good aftermarket replacement for the original Jackel fan. This comes complete with inner and outer fans as shown. Note- the old fan, the larger inner fan, may need to be cut off the shaft in order to reuse the housing. They tend to get corroded to the shaft, the set screw gets stripped out while trying to remove. Save a $500+ service call and do this job yourself for a fraction of the price!

My Bryant gas furnace is about 18 years old. I've had to replace some parts on it in the last year, including the inducer fan. The deal is, if your furnace goes out while it's 0 degrees out waiting for something like this for a couple days or paying $500 for an emergency service just doesn't seem like the way to go. Having this in my furnace room along with an additional pressure switch... heck... maybe even a control board may not be overkill. This is specified for my furnace and appears to be as good or better than my last replacement. So for my needs in order to be a self-service emergency HVAC tech this is a perfect match.

It was easy to assemble but the blower was a little bit bigger than the hole in the unit. I had to grind down the edges.

The product received in a timely fashion. But when received it the box it came in was rough but thought I would keep it. Installed it and didn't last a week!! Spend the extra money and get genuine parts!!!

Motor makes a loud screeching sound after about a month of use. Checked to make sure fan or nothing else was rubbing.
