This is not cloth bookbinding tape. On real bookbinding tape, you can see a criss-cross weave pattern, but this tape like a less-scratchy skateboard tape. It has strange glittery bits in it and resembles something like a composite, black pulp that is slightly bumpy. Whatever it is, this is almost certainly NOT what you're looking for if you're looking for the kind of tape you use on a book's spine, hinges, or corners.

Als Ersatz für Buchbinderleinen auf Pappe absolut unbrauchbar. Im ersten Moment guter Halt, doch nach 4 Wochen die nun vergangen sind, löst es sich an allen Ecken und Enden. Mal sehen wie ich mein Projekt vor dem Zerfallen retten kann.
