I'll use these to plug open ends of sweated copper pipe subassemblies to pressure test them for leaks before final installation. I anticipate these will work perfectly for that purpose.

If you've ever been under a car after you pulled a power steering rack, radiator etc and found it a bit uncomfortable taking a shower in chemicals, these are for you. These heavy duty rubber plugs are for temporarily sealing off those pesky dripping fluid hoses while you're performing maintenance. IMO they're a bit long for many automotive applications, but they can easily be cut in half if necessary without hurting their functionality. They are stepped so that they stay in place better. I don't see any advantage to buying the more expensive versions of these, so I'm giving them five stars.
