Good street light. Clean power solar energy. Easy to assemble for attach to the wall. Bright enough for street light in the front door. I put them in my back yard so I can see my dogs poop in my yard during the night. I can see through my whole 7k sqft yard.

Put it in my backyard which faces empty grass land and it makes me feel much safer with the bright light.

This product was received as part of a promotion. I got this solar light to go on the end of our house, which is not far from the dumpster. I wanted to have something that didn't require hardwiring. Hardwiring isn't difficult, but it takes time. I like solar power because you can just mount your light, charge it in the Sun for a good day or so, then let it do its job. It's got LED bulbs, so there's no pesky light bulbs to change. I hate getting outside and finding out a light bulb has gone out. We have a lot of skunks and "critters" in our area, so having good lighting is a MUST. This is an excellent value. It's nice because since it's solar-powered, we'll save on electricity. We won't, however, have less light, as it comes with 768 LED beads--200,000 Lumens of light. It's bright, and gets the job done for whatever you need lit around your property. This light comes with mounting hardware as well as a remote. It can be mounted on either a wall or a pole. It was simple for me to follow the instructions for installation. I like that this product comes on at sunset automatically, that way there's no "babysitting". If I'm making supper on a busy night and need to take the garbage out, I know this light will work efficiently for me to be able to see outside while doing what I need to do. This light has a built-in motion sensor, so when it detects movement, the brightness will change from a dimmer 30% to 100% on its own. We have security cameras as well, so this light will assist the cameras in picking anything up. I like how this adds to my level of personal security at my home. I definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a solar-powered motion sensing light!

Hello everyone, it’s time for another solar light review. I’m going to dispense with listing all of the stats for this light, as they have been addressed by the other reviewers and are available online.First off, this solar light is a flood, versus spot light, although it could be used as a spot light if it were positioned directly over whatever needs illuminating.I’ve had this solar light in my basement with the lights off for the last two days, after having spent several days being exposed to the winter sun. After two days of not seeing any sun it was still working while set in the motion sensor mode. My preferred mode to operate the light in is the motion sensor mode, versus having it set to its maximum brightness. I’m not sure how long the light would last if set to its maximum brightness in the dead of winter, which is why I leave it in its motion sensor mode. The mounting bracket is robust enough for supporting the light, and mounting hardware is included. My setup is different as I wanted a little extra support so I used my own hardware for mounting the bracket. While I don’t have any issues with the light itself, I would make two changes to the bracket. The first being, re-designing the bracket so it can be tilted up or down. I have two reasons for this (1) to catch the sun better (2) to flood a given area better. My second issue is the back plate on the bracket is flat and isn’t the best design for mounting on poles. It works great on flat surfaces, but not so well on round poles. One aspect of this light that has impressed me is in respect to the batteries Reserve Capacity, by that I mean how long the battery will last should you receive a few overcast days. In this respect the light has done very well as it has still worked after a few overcast days while on its lowest setting.I ran the remote through its settings and found everything worked the way it was supposed to. Oddly enough, I have the same exact remote for other brands of lights I own and this remote works on them as well.Positioning the solar panel so it receives the maximum amount of light possible is very important for keeping the batteries topped off. Hopefully this will match the direction you want to light up as well. I just wanted to bring this to your attention, because you may have an area that you want to light up, but it faces the solar panel in the wrong direction for charging the batteries. Just something to think about. In all I’m happy with this light in both its construction and capabilities. I’ll wait a few months, and if it continues to operate well, then I might purchase a second one.
