This is easy to install, cutting it wasn't a problem, the adhesive works good to hold on place to screw it on, I have not had any issues with it and it's been on a year now, no warping and it seals like I wanted it to.

There are no complaints about this product in that it is exactly as advertised. A couple of things to think about which I've learned now that I have it. The glue is not going to stick to dirty or chalky paint. You will need to prep the surface very well and even then the glue cannot withstand much tension or stress especially in cold weather. The "finish nails" with tiny heads won't stand much stress either so make sure that the strip doesn't actually contact the moving door.Again the product is fine; it's just that application requires some thought and work for it to be successful.

Working great for door draft stopping. Ordered for garage door but garage door people came back and finished the job, so I used it in another way

My driveway angles down on one end and rain would come in to the point of puddling! By installing this weatherstrip material, I was able to close the gap on the low end. Very little if any water gets in now.

Because this is a rolled item, the product did not meet exceptions. One side is "lightly" harder material (correct) and the order side flexible BUT not at an angle as advertised in pics that would made a straight line to be visual appealing on the garage. Looked terrible! At big box stores there is a seal the is not rolled, in lengths of 8' and 13' and worked a whole lot better and looks great. I already had cut the roll in lengths I needed, so I did not bother to return. I was very disappointed.

One of the pictures show adhesive backing on the seal. This item DOES NOT include that backing. The seal seems to be good quality and the nails did the job. They include plenty of extra nails so you can secure the seal every 3-4 inches and have more leftover.

I used the product to mark the edge of new dark blue carpet that I put on my outdoor patio stairs. Lots of nails provided to secure same and the white on the dark blue clearly shows the edges.
