The ALLWIN 1/4-20 Serrated Flange Lock Nuts Stainless Steel are marked with the manufacturer symbol and "A2".The A2 is a metric grade marking on a USS fastener. The nuts are 304 stainless steel.The serrations under the flange resist loosening from vibration. Serrated Lock Nuts are often used where the nut will be removed and reused several times.I like the flange because it spreads the load over a larger area. I am using these to construct a frame for solar panels. I recommend these nuts for interior or external applications.

1/4 inch stainless steel lock nuts. Hard to rate but they are well made and work as intended. Great price. For stainless steel. Well shined.
