I have 2 indoor cats, their 3 litter boxes are in the garage and they access the boxes via the cat door installed on the dining room door which leads directly into the garage. The boxes rest on litter mats. When my son came to visit he would say, "mom, your garage stinks", and it did. So I purchased 386 Pet Odor Removal and thought I would give it a try and see if I could get rid of the cat waste odor in the garage. I moved all the boxes and litter mats, swept the area clean, shook out the mats and then sprayed the product liberally over the cement floor and a few inches up the wall. Sometimes the cats over-spray urine and it seeps onto the mats and floor. I also sprayed the litter mats and hung those out to dry. I let the floor area dry thoroughly. When everything was dry I put it all back together and I must honestly say, my garage doesn't stink anymore! I am surprised, impressed and happy with this product and I especially like that it is odorless/unscented. Definitely an improvement in my garage!

This spray does okay with eliminating odor. Spray does not completely take the odor away. Must use a backup cleaner and air freshener.

I have 2 dogs - 1 older dog who has frequent accidents on the living room rug and my couch and the 2nd dog will pee anywhere he smells another dogs pee so I have been using this spray religiously and it works better than anything else I have tried so far. I try to catch the accidents as early as possible but sometimes I don't catch it until the smell hits me in the face like a ton of bricks and this spray has been really effective in completely removing the odor of both new and old accidents from my dogs. 10/10 recommend!

For me it didn't take out the order I could still smell the urine .

Pet odor eliminator that works for both cats and dogs. The formula dosen't have a strong scent but does a pretty good job neutralizing/getting rid of odors. Both smell and ingredients look good and you get a good amount in the bottle- looks like it will last through many uses. It's multipurpose and can be used with the sprayer or as is. Good for different odors and good to have on hand if you have a pet.

I own my own house cleaning business and my customers are very particular about what I use in their homes. 386 odor remover is the first product that did the job of effectively removing the odor. For a large area I pour it in my carpet cleaning machine without adding water, so just 386 odor eliminator by itself. I went over the area a few times to make sure it got down deep in the carpet then let it dry. The product performs and is a good size but for as much I need it, I would like it if it came by the gallon.

Got a new dog to us, evidently she was a little (lot) freaked out in her new setting. She would pee in the house while we were not home. We only realized it later because of the purified smell. Tried cleaning with carpet cleaner but the smell wouldn't go away. So was looking for something just to get rid of the "I have a dog that pee's in my house" smell. Came across this on a whim and it actually worked. Doesnt have any perfume'y smell and we now can no longer wiff the scene of the accidents. Random great buy!
