The gaskets and valves fit well but the float pins were too long and had to use the old ones over.

The main thing I needed from this kit was the gaskets and the float/needle/seat components. I was attempting to rebuild the carb for a 3 hp JW-22 Johnson outboard from the mid sixties. The brass seat for the needle has metric threads (8mmx1.0) and the carb has 5/16x24 threads. Pretty much makes the kit a waste of time to order. All of the Johnson and Evinrude 3 hp motors from late 50’s to mid sixties use the same rebuild kit. This one does not fit these motors.
