For $30 it is worth the price. It’s light and functional. Not sure how durable it will be in the long run but it’s more a starter than anything. I have small hands so the gloves fit well not sure how they’d fit on a larger person.For professional/ long term use I’d recommend using better quality pads but for young beginners this is great

These work great for training for grown ups and kids to use. The downside is they smell like old fish when you’re done. They should make them with a different material or put some deodorizers with them for free.

The mitts and kick pad are all very thick, and made well! You don’t feel anything when they are hit, and they are easy to put on. However, I’d suggest putting these somewhere with good ventilation to air out for several days! They stink to high heaven! They smell like you’ve cooked fish in the last 30 minutes.
