The few negative reviews surprise me -- these mitts are excellent. Not only are they light and look stylish, they absorb impact beautifully. Easy on my elbows, shoulders, and wrists as a coach -- my fighter feels little to no pain on their joints as well. They absorb knees/elbows very well also. For the price, compared to the $450 Winning air-punch mitts, these are worth every single penny and then some. The only issue one might have is the leather where your hands go is a little thin and could be stretched out too much if you lend them to someone with larger hands. Other than that these are my new go-to mitts.

I am a very petite woman ( 5 f, 97 pound) and I take boxing classes two to three times a week. We don't have too many girls in our classes, so I usually pair up with big dudes! They try to go easy on me, but I don't want that and sometimes after a few combo, they will lost in the moment and punched harder and harder! After using these babies, I can take very hard punches with no problem at all! The pads are super light, I hardly feel them at all! And the best part for a girl, it's pretty! I got a pair of white one for about 5 months, and they are still white and shinning. However, I do clean them right after each use though. Highly recommended.

Decent product. Not bad for a beginner or someone trying to just get started. But I think saving and getting some rev gear would be a better investment.

These pads are affordable, stylish and durable. They are great for hitting with or with out pads. The extra padding and air chamber reduces impact to the trainer very well. Highly recommend these pads.

These are cost effective but they look cheap and the materials feel cheap. I was very surprised that they're done if the best miss I've used. You can't feel anything. The pads almost bounce punched off. It's like punching a bounce house.

They're very thick. Definitely softens a punch. In that way they are perfect. This item fits a larger hand much better. The glove has lots of space between the fingers.

If the materials were better, they would be great. It's not real leather. Many areas of the material will crack and flake off pretty easily.
