I got my product today and couldn't wait to use it. When I tell you it did the job. It did. I didn't know you should lubricate your garage door. I though it suppose to make noise until I decided to google it. And it brought up some lubricants and I looked at the reviews. This one gave the best review. I ordered it read the instructions and bam it's purring like a kitten It sounds so quiet now out of 4 years it seems brand new. I definitely recommend this product.

This works great to lube the tracks and door springs to extend the life of the door. Did not make a mess on the ground but definitely makes a mess of your hands after you spray it. Will buy again.

We had purchased a new home build and the Builder definitely didn't put any sort of lubricant on the garage door. It was always very loud and sounded like it was going to come down any minute. Sprayed all the hinges with this stuff and now it is extremely quiet. It made a huge difference and we're really happy with it.

This did the job. No more extra creeks in garage door. Took two applications and about a day and a half of typical garage openings and closings for it to settle in. Saved me money by having to call someone. I tried WD40 first and it didn’t work, but the lube worked great.Fantastic product.

Same stuff I used when working as a garage door technician. Instantly quieted door and gets better after a few cycles, long lasting, synthetic so it doesn't stink like petroleum based products, not goopy like a lot of other products.
