I never knew that this existed until I needed it. Works great, has held up all summer. I patched the hole using it and then painted over it to match the body. We’ll see if it survives the rough Michigan winter. Easy to work work and apply, just make sure you rub it down real well when a screwdriver handle to get the best adhesion. The only downside is you don’t get a lot for the price.

I'm not an auto person, but this tape has lasted well on the car. I'm adding some to some thats been there a while and needs a spruce up. Wish I could find something cheaper, but wit works.

Great product. Who knew you could have thin metal that adheres! I used this for patching an ooold, I mean real ooldd rusty metal door. Worked great. Saved me from replacing the door!Shortfall-- expensive amount of tape you get.. Loose a star on $$$

This tape was just what I was looking for to do that needed repair on my old Suburban. Wonderful service at a really wonderful price. I cleaned the old car in spots with rubbing alcohol, let it dry, then rubbed off any excess dirt. Apply the tape was like a miracle and so wonderful. Strong yet flexible stuff--I was able to smooth it out so you could not see it even when up very close to the repairs. I had several corners and edges to go around and they look GREAT! I bought it for a small area of rust repair on my car. A small one inch hole had developed as I cleaned some rust away. After cleaning and spraying a few coats of rubberized spray everywhere ... inside and out ... I applied the tape the next day, after everything was completely dry. It was easy to work with and that hole is history ... I hope. If I stopped any further rusting then the tape patch should work.
