The system features the Accuspray HVLP Spray Gun, a lightweight composite spray gun body molded in one piece, eliminating the complexity, wear and cleaning of small parts and components. This Accuspray gun works with PPS 2. 0 paint cups and disposable lids, liners and nozzles. PPS 2. 0 features improvements like a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, domed lid design for better spray performance and wider lid fluid spout. Each paint cup has convenient printed-on universal mix ratios for accurate mixing and a clear access window for easy visibility. Atomizing heads can be used 5 to 10 times, then removed and replaced, giving you the performance of a new gun on demand and at a fraction of the cost. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS you don’t have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. And with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there’s less risk of outside contamination. You can also increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent over conventional paint cup systems. All-inclusive kit includes 1 Accuspray spray gun, 5 nozzles (1. 2 mm, 1. 3 mm, 1. 4 mm, 1. 8 mm, 2. 0 mm), 1 plastic paint cup, 5 disposable lids with locking collar (4 with 200-micron filter, 1 with 125-micron filter), 5 disposable liners and 3 sealing plugs. I’m not a professional auto painter but have been painting my own vehicles for years as a hobby. The spray gun I used was a 30+ year old craftsman siphon type. It was time to look for one a little newer and decided on this one. Experience has taught me that 3M products are as good as any on the market. But I must say that the selling point for me was the easy setup and clean up this gun allows. The fun for me is spraying the paint, not the clean up of the spray gun. The cost of the disposable pieces are more than offset by the savings in paint, primer, and cleaning solvents. Everything about it is straight forward and easy to use just read the instructions with the spray gun and related parts close by. An unexpected plus while painting is the weight of the assembled unit. Much lighter than my old one. The air pressure gauge is easy to adjust and read while in the booth. But the end result is what matters most, and the accusprayer delivers a fine finished product! No complaints. Far better than my old sprayer and it exceeded my expectations.One major caution - do not buy from ProVision paint supply. They are the worst seller I’ve dealt with on Amazon. Terrible, Terrible!

This is 3M accuspray 2.0 home use. Works well, sprays great. Very low cleanup cost. Spraying down primer works well. Not no high-end gun but definitely great for what I do. As stated in other reviews, it will not produce the output and work a high-end gun will. However it will still put in work. It is an air hog if this is a concern. This 1.0 cups will not work nor tips eventhough the tips will work. If you have 1.0 cups and tips, you can still use this gun with those.

Clever system. I wish the handle was metal though. The system loses a little pressure due to suction at the end of the cup. The cup insert collapses as you spray, so when it’s nearly empty there’s a bit less spray pressure. Not a big deal. But would have liked some sort of valve to repressure it. Nice incorporation of a filter into the cup. Easy to clean. Worth the purchase.

This is a great paint gun. The range of gun tips make it simple to spray all kinds of paints and the clean up is a breeze. I've recommended this to many friends.

The 3M AccuSpray system is a brilliant concept. I love it ! The problem is that the replaceable tips do not fit the handle well. I can get one side to "click" with a bit of finagling, the other side refuses to properly latch no matter what I do. This is true of all of the plastic tips included in the kit, and also the box of extra 1.3mm tips that I ordered.It is totally unacceptable - and truly disappointing.Unfortunately, I ordered this gun 2 months ago, and just now got ready to paint. So its beyond the 30 day return period (my bad). So I have found that if I use a large rubber band as shown in the photo, the tips seem to stay in place OK. I called 3M, and got quick dialog and the phone number of a local 3M rep to assist me. He does not return my calls ... sigh.I advise 3M to do a tolerance stack on the design, and release a new PPS 3.0 Version which says "New! Improved! Now with Posi-Lock Nozzles that actually CLICK!"Just really dog gone disappointed in the nozzle fit everyone. Other than that, a great concept. I encourage you to buy one, BUT once you get it, VERIFY that the nozzles "click fit" as advertised. If they don't, send the gun back! If 3M gets enough of these crummy fit guns back, they may even change the design to address the issue!

First of all....WOW!!! This spray gun is amazing!! It sprays so nicely it blew my mind. Such an awesome system too with the disposable lids and liners what an amazing product. One thing to be mindful of is it does call for 13cfm @20 psi but I will tell you my 5hp 20 gallon compressor that is rated for 8cfm @ 40psi had no problem running this gun so make sure you have enough air before buying and being disappointed. I can say enough good things about this spray gun!!!

The build quality is amazing. I did not think the quality would be that good with it being plastic. I was extremely wrong. The cleanup is the best feature to me. The spray quality is very good. Buy more replacent cups and lids, because you will be so happy with this gun that you will go through the supplied cups quickly.

What I saw is the way of fixture of nozzle, it’s just push and lock system. if it’s only for the nozzle maybe ok, but the paint cup is also fix with the same nozzle adapter. So that load also effects to the fixture. Not a cheap gun and not sure how long it will be able stands.Except this issue, the design is good.

This product is a great idea! Easy to clean, easy to maintain but obtaining a good finish takes some experience. All parts are plastic so handle with care.

Recus en pièces détachées plein de poussière dans une boite réembaler j’aurais aimer recevoir dans l’emballage original.Sa semble etre en restant d’inventaire ou provenir d’un centre de liquidation de centre de distribution mais tout les pieces semble être dans la boite. Vérifier votre contenu avant tout!
