How do I prepare properly before usage?
Check before use that all parts are undamaged and working correctly. Unscrew the pump from the tank. Fill the canister with liquid up to the "max" level. Turn the pump head on and tighten it so that the canister is sealed and airtight (if it is not, it will be impossible for pressure to build up).

product worked as intended for the first work session then when i came back to prep for paint, it was no longer working. it wont pump and the chemical sheet provided says its ok to use with the chemicals used.not a cheap product and now i have to buy another one!! not ok!

Bought this to replace a 15+ year old sure shot aerosol sprayer that started leaking (not sure shots fault, the sprayer got knocked over numerous times over the years and started leaking where the handle was welded)This sprayer is nice because you can just pump it up instead of having to get compressed air.Only reason i give it 4 stars is that sometimes when pumping, if it has too much pressure, the bottom expands some and it doesn't sit flat on the ground if you set it down so it could tip over

needed something to spray paint thinner. manual trigger sprayers kept failing even though they claimed to be chemical resistant. in the long run will be a huge money saver.
