I have used these and cheap ones before. The cheap ones wear out in no time and fly off my angle die grinder .

Solid and quick material removal. The offshore ones I have used wear fast if the button doesn’t break off first and then you’re trying to dig the broken piece out of the Roloc pad. Expensive but very effective, At $5 each I will have to start charging the customer for the ones I use.

They can take quite the abuse. I used them on 3/8 steel and it took down the welds really fast.
