These are great quality and are very cute. I ordered the small which is the size my girl would wear, but they are very tight and I didn’t even wash them yet. I will not be able to use them.They have a little bit of a turtleneck that goes over the head and then the Velcro is on the back. This covers the surgery spots on the belly with the smooth side of the shirt. If ordering for a boy, they will have to be un-Velcroed for them to go potty.
