I have a hard time finding blades for my older silhouette, so I like that these come in a 3 pack. They work well and are a good value.

The reason I'm giving this a 4 star rating is because it did not come with a ratchet tool as shown in the picture. If I ever had one for my Silhouette SD it is long gone. Otherwise, this worked great on my Silhouette SD. I used a pair of serrated pliers to change the depth of blade and that worked. The white cap did seem to move (it came a little loose) while I changed the depth but I just pushed it back in place. I cut some matte vinyl on a setting of 2 and it was suppose to be a setting of 1 and it cut so well. (I think I only did one pass - I haven't used my machine in 3 years - so I'm just playing around).

I recently bought a Silhouette Cameo 4 and the thing did not cut through my laminate + sticker paper. I was using the autoblade at a depth of 10, max force, etc. Put one of these blades in, got it to cut perfectly...so perfectly it cut through my mat!If you need a sharper blade that can handle heavier materials, this is your best bet!

It is great that these blades are still carried. My wife Can't find them in the stores very often and she still likes using the old tried and true blades.

It was recommended to have one blade for the different metal clays I work with plus spares as with all blades eventually become dull. I am all set! Very pleased product and highly recommend seller.
