This is so handy! Circles are impossible to freehand. With this you just set it to the size you want, push down and turn the cutter around the circle! So easy! It's worked on everything I've tried it on, including adhesive vinyl which can be finicky. The only con is it's sometimes hard to see where you're cutting when you're trying to do things close together to save material. Other than that I love it. Plus it came with 2 extra blades!

My Fiskars Circle cutter arrived ready for me to use to cut circles out of my cardstock paper. It is easy to use and because you can see the paper you are cutting, it is useful for cutting pre-designed papers. I did find it hard to use initially, the directions were difficult for me to follow.. Once I started using it, cutting circles were easy. It comes with replacement blades which I think is great. I won't have to order and pay for replacement blades for a while. It cuts well and cleanly. I think that once one gets through the directions for its use, it does the job well. Fiskars is a well known brand and this Circle cutter lives up to my expectations.

The quality of the blade has gone way down hill! NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE! Will not cut through 1 piece of copy paper without skipping parts of the circle! Very frustrating! I had bought exact cutter years back, worked wonderful. Cut through several sheets of paper with no problem, construction paper as well. Perfect full cut every time.

It's a cheap piece of plastic - the kind that is incessantly creaky when in use. It does work, but it's definitely overpriced for the overall quality. I'd say its real value is somewhere around $10. The blades are okay, but including three spares to jack up the price to $20 is a little excessive for a relatively niche tool like this, which isn't going to see a ton of use for most people. Also, I haven't had the occasion to test the precision with calipers yet, but I will update this review if I get around to it.

Such a godsend! Makes decorating cupcakes and motif cookies so much easier!I have a printer that uses food coloring instead of ink and prints on sugar sheets or wafer or rice paper. It's such a pan to cut the items out individually. This makes it so much easier and faster!

This review is based on the Fiskars cutter that I received 2.17.24 (maybe there was a production flaw with it)Saw this product and was super happy, great this will help me with the 400+ circles of all sizes I need. Brought this for a major project, picked this one because of the maker Fiskars and the reviews; I have to say I am extremely disappointed, as it being a Fiskars product I truly expected great performance and quality unfortunately I got poor to mediocre performance and low grade quality.Performance -1. The blade tended to skip areas of the paper/cardstock, I had to repeatly go over the area a 3- 5 times to get it to cut and still sometimes it wouldn't cut which left me to hand cut (via scissors or exacto knife) the circle.2. I didn't find that it gave good precise cuts as I was sitting using the cutter so I stood up while using to have more control/balance...same cutting (or should I say semi-cutting) results, I had to hand cutout the parts that were skipped over; basically I wound up doing double work.3. The "stopper" needle was an issue for 2 reasonsA). The indent from the center needle didn't give my project a good look.B). Maneuvering the base while holding the button down was as issue at most times (as I turned it under my hand, I would have to shift my hand slightly therefore releasing the button) the needle would shift causing the circle to be slightly off.4. The measurements indicator arrow is hard to as it is clear, I suggest the company either make the arrow indicator a different color or place it somewhere different.Quality-1. The blade is EXTREMELY short and doesn't last long (I attempted 120 circles on 176gsm cardstock, (after the 42 good ones and 18 not so good and 10 I couldn't save/use I stopped), the blade dulled out (I now understand why it comes with 2 extra blades); A LOT of cardstock was wasted.2. I tried cutting out circles using cereal boxes opposed to cardstock, I did get a little better cut but had to go over the circle 2 times for it to come out.All in all this cutter didn't live up to the expectations I had, I was doing double to triple work, i.e. cutting out the areas that were skipped over or missed entirely and/or painting the cardboard circles the color I needed them (that was less time consuming than trying to cutout the cardstock). If your a person with hand dexterity issues this cutter will have you work harder not easier. Between the continuous circling with the cutter and fussy cutting out the faux pas my fingers, hand/forearm was tired. Returning for refund.

The circle cutter is excellent for cutting out circles on plain card/paper, but if you want to cut out an image with a defined circular border, its very difficult to find the center of the image you want to cut out, with the orange push handle at the top. Wasted so many photocopies.

Requires a little bit of hand gymnastics, as you need to simultaneously press the knob, rotate the body, and hold the sheet of paper, but once you get the hang of it, it makes perfect circles.Compared to other options on the market, I love the fact that there is a gripper foot over the needle point and that you don't have to remove it while cutting. I've been using the product to cut circles from laminating sheets, which are then applied over labels to make them "waterproof", so it was important that there wouldn't be a hole in the middle of my cuts.If I had to point out one annoyance, it would be that you have to remove the blade from the cutting arm when in storage for safety reasons, as it pokes out of the cutter's body.
