I like how they position my hand helps with alignment but they move when you play and stop the key from closing all the way which can mess you up especially during a performance really want to continue to use them but have to find out away for that not to happen. Any suggestions???

The grips feel comfortable once you get used to the additional thickness. They do tend to shift a little as you play so I wish they were a little tighter around my flute. Otherwise they do the job.
