I am super bummed out about this purchase, and it rarely happens with Amazon, but I really thought this was going to fit my gas range stove. I even measured and the pieces that I received were not what I expected. They did not line up with the burners at all, even if I were to cut them, it would look so Janky I’m not even going to return these. I’m simply going to donate them to the Salvation Army but this was a disappointment. …

I purchased this for my parents -- as I saw what they do with their stove with tin foil. Sadly, I was not impressed. It was indeed heat resistant and it does the job, but it is flimsy and it was not easy to install. It took me over 45 minutes to install this and make sure that it fit correctly over the gas spigots. Ultimately, it is easy to clean and it works as it says, but it is not the best material. I do not have any experience of something else, but it is indeed likely that you will be able to find another better quality product. Also, if you decide you want to cut, measure twice and cut once. This could very well be user error. It did not provide the best instructions so, it was hard to tell if it was indeed my fault. It took a while for it to unroll on the stove and finally now a few months later it actually looks ok.

But for my daughter and son-in-law, they had to cut the holes out, bigger to fit their stove, which irritated them! But they are using it and when I see their stove it’s clean!It’s doing the job I purchased for it to do, but when it wears out I’ll purchase one for them from the company that asks for the make & model number of the stove so it’ll fit perfect!But all in all, it does the job I purchased it to do!

I have a stove where the middle is a grill. I used to buy the individual burner style, and cut to fit. This style is so much easier. I still need to cut the length a little to fit in but so much easier to remove, clean, and replace. The middle section, I fold to fit the length of my grill and then place a cutting board (that was made to cover the grill) on top of protective cover when not in use.

You have to cut these to fit around burners and to fit cooktop. Material is so thick it regardless of how hard I tried it was jagged and uneven and looks horrible when you’re done. I could smell something burning when using and looked and it had turned a silver color where it had starting catching on fire. Just took them off and threw away.
