I have a homemade box trailer with front and rear doors that I initially tried to keep shut by using some 3/4 inch cabinet locks and those ended up being far too wimpy for the job. These T-handles are much, much better all around and what I should have used from the start.This particular set seems very well made and all four of them are keyed-alike so I only need one key to get into any of them, and have lots of spares! The handles turn very nicely and have a good coating on them that looks like they will hold up to being outside for years to come. Easy to install even for a hack like me and looks very nice and purposeful on the doors of the trailer.I like that the handles can be locked or unlocked and pull the key out either way, so I can lock them for going down the road or parking lots but I can also leave them unlocked for ease of access at home or at a campsite.Would definitely buy these again for future projects, probably would still go for the 4-pack even if I didn't need four because its nice they all have the same key cuts down on what I have to carry on my keyring.

Basic lockable handle. This was listed as a 6" handle-length lock. I had purchased the 4 1/2" handle, but was too short to go from the outside of the trimmed-out door to the inside. While the one image with tape measure shows 4 1/2" thickness of the door-frame, you need the extra length to allow the swing-lock to slide onto the axle by about an inch or so. Because the lock mechanism that slides onto the axle is open, you can adjust the depth as needed. That said I wanted to make sure the device wasn't to short.Other thing of note. You might notice (from the inside of the door) there were two holes. The unused hole was slightly too close to the door edge, and the lock-swing would scrape against the door frame, so I moved it over. There are no instructions (not that is is complicated at all) but just a normal DIY moment that might help others.The swing-lock is held on by an allen-screw. The kit comes with the allen wrench, easy to install. Locked down decently, but I wouldn't expect if someone wanted to kick open the door from inside it would last. Not meant for that.The handle and lock works smoothly. No issues there. Very smooth open/close. It does come with two keys.Overall, very happy. Would purchase again if I needed to.

Excellent quality for the money. The lock was too short for my application. Need to be sure to have enough shaft length.

Straight forward, super simple install. 2 screws and your done. You know when you finish a job real quick and you wonder how fast you went, you must have missed something, that's how fast this install went. Lock works great. No complaints.

We had these on an Amish built shed a few years ago and they worked great without fail. So this year, I was rebuilding my boat and went with the same style to secure a couple compartments on the boat. I asked for a matched key set and the vendor provided, so 1 key manages them, the rest are spares.Love them, they are adjustable to whatever material they will latch onto.100% would buy again.
