We were looking for a way to weigh down our backyard canopy. These were esactly what we were looking for! These bags are made of durable weather-resistant fabric, and the openings are a nice size to fill with sand or rocks, and easy to velcro close. (We used on bag of landscape rocks, which worked perfectly and these should last for a long time!) The bags also have velcro tabs you can use to “tie†the bags to whatever you are wanting to weigh down. Plus, we were very pleased that they were an exact match the color of our canopy, something we didn’t actually expect These work really well, so we highly recommend them if you are in the market for bags like these!

Small but highly effective in holding my 10x 10 canopy down in 20-25 mph winds. Like the fabric and strong Velcro straps which work well to secure the sand bags

I tried several "homemade" solutions to use as weights for my canopy that I use at art markets. These are simply the easiest and best. I lined them with plastic bags and then filled them with sand. Easy to carry, easy to attach and works in 20-30 mph breezes here on the beach.

I was using these sandbags for one of the canopies I had. One of the bags split open where the velcro attaches and sand went everywhere. Overall, the bags feel pretty good and durable, but you just have to be careful with how you treat them, as the velcro can open up. I like the handles and all the attachment points, it makes it super easy to use!

Easy to fill, I used a combination of sand and gravel. Attaching to the legs of my pop up was easy with the Velcro straps. We haven’t had a man exceptionally strong wind since I attached them but the canopy no longer shudders in the mild breezes.

The sand bag concept is good with velcro, but after checking bags after being used outside holding down my gazebo, I've noticed bags have split on the bottom of bags! I would have assumed they would at least last one year with sandbox sand, only lasted not even 4 months.NOT COOL!!!
