I needed sandbags for a ez-up style canopy to prevent it from becoming a dangerous kite in the wind. This product suffices. It is a good value. They do feel cheap. They are cheap. Not too cheap. A fair value. I have been using these, filling at the beach and dumping after use, for a few years. They are adequate. The velcro straps feel minimal, but not below adequacy. It keeps my canopy on the ground. Easy to use; a simple product for an essential purpose. Efficient; I do not need to store large disc weights. I can roll up thin nylon and store with canopy. I have even kept them filled to use as makeshift dumbbells for bicep curls. Better and more versatile than a bucket of sand.

Is a good material, fair enough for the price. I give 4 stars because it not takes more than 20 pounds per bag,so this 112 pounds total is not real. I try to make it at least 20 pounds but the bag won’t close. So per bag you will get 18 pounds each

I've been slowly buying these to replace other brands. They stand up to the weather better during continuous use, for one. Beyond that they're small enough to be easy to move especially with the handle, and long enough to properly weigh down a leg or post.If you have several to fill, maybe grab about 2-3ft of 4in ABS or PVC pipe from a hardware store - you can fit these over the pipe, and it'll hold them open while you fill with sand, then you pull the pipe out, top up the bag, and move on to the next one.

I am unable to put them on the outside of the canopy because they do not hold it down. I did put them on the inside and they work perfect. I filled them with a mixture of sand and rock which makes them super heavy. They were easy to fill and are definitely waterproof. The size is perfect too.

I go to the east coast of Florida every year. And as many know the winds blow pretty much non stop. Saw these online and purchased them. Each bag holds around 25lbs which keeps my tent in place when others go tumbling around the beach. Great product. I bought two sets for the really windy days just in case.

These canopy weight bags are listed as holding 112 lbs of sand, but will only hold about 64 lbs of sand no matter how tightly I pack it down. I could not fit more than 16 pounds in each bag. If you absolutely must have weights that total over 100 lbs, don’t buy these. That said, I did award a few stars for quality materials and construction. These do appear to be made well and they stand up nicely on their own. The Velcro is very strong and I’m confident they will stay closed. I just wish they held as much weight in sand as they claimed.

Easy to install on any pop up. They hold things down in mild to moderate wind. I have not had a thunderstorm but I think they should continue to function just as they do.

I used it for my outdoor canapé. I read other comments where people had issues with the sand coming out so I used a large garbage bag inside of it and then filled the garbage bag, while inside, with sand. Solved that problem. I was worried it wouldn’t be strong enough to hold my tent down because we have high winds where I live. I worried for nothing. The tent never moved an inch. Enjoy. This is a great product.

These work great, they are holding down our canopy very well in wind so we can enjoy our backyard shade without any worries. Good product.
