There is nothing quite as annoying as casters on shop furniture that don’t work. I recently added these to a table saw base where they made a frustrating moving process incredibly easy. These are well made, do an outstanding job on concrete, and without a doubt can hold 220lbs each. These mount via 4 bolts each (or lag bolts) and can be slightly adjusted in the mounting process. To lock, just step on the pedal that indents into the wheel and vice versa to unlock. I wish that all of my casters were as smooth and easy to use as these. They are a great buy for the money.

I ordered these to replace the old casters on my husband's heavy duty 4' x 8' wood working table (it takes a couple large guys to lift it). My husband installed them quickly with the included hardware. These wheels are good sized, heavy duty, roll, turn and lock with ease.

I'm using 4 of these under a dumbbell rack with about 600 LBS on it. They are working as intended, but tend to develop flat spots, so the rack is a little tough to get going when it needs to be moved about once a week. They roll good though once they're going and seem to be sturdy enough for what I am using them for. Quick delivery. All parts present. No damage to packaging.

I purchased these for a large roll around bench I had made. These fit great and roll so easy across the garage floor. The roller bearing for the top and wheels is a great feature since some casters only have nylon bushings. The brakes work great locking the wheel movement and turning. The price was great too! Half the price of local hardware stores.

These are an easy choice. I bought them for a cart I built to hold blueprints. Even with the weight these roll easy, lock in place, and work as needed. You may need to buy hardware depending on how you mount them. But they look awesome and are built very well.

There I was, staring at my nearly 700-pound ballast box, which had spent way too long as an immovable fixture in my workspace. At this point, it wasn’t just heavy—it had settled into its spot like a stubborn old dog that refuses to move. But I needed it to be mobile, so I turned to a set of heavy-duty castors to transform this concrete beast into something I could actually roll around without questioning all my life choices.Installing them was mostly painless—except for the included hardware, which was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. The bolts they sent were too short, presumably designed for mounting these on something with the thickness and durability of a saltine cracker. No big deal—after a quick raid of my bolt stash, I found what I needed. And by “quick raid,†I mean I dug through my collection like a raccoon desperately searching for a single, perfect slice of leftover pizza in the bottom of a trash can.Once installed, the difference was immediate. Moving a nearly 700-pound concrete ballast box should feel like trying to push a wrecked semi uphill, but these castors handled it with ease. They roll smoothly, pivot well, and—most importantly—haven’t catastrophically failed under the sheer gravity of my questionable engineering decisions.Final verdict? Rock-solid, dependable, and (mostly) hassle-free—minus the hardware issue. Four and a half out of five stars—docked half a point for making me rummage through my bolts like a trash panda on a mission.

I bought these for use on a portable wood storage cart. Full confession, I did destroy one of the casters, however, I asked far too much of that poor wheel. It went down a two inch drop with a fully loaded cart (4 sheets 3/4" MDF, 2 sheets 1/2 plywood, 2 sheets 1/4 Luan, several 8 foot 2x4s, plus a bunch of short scrap pieces of various wood) and one plastic wheel shattered. Prior to my mistake the casters operated flawlessly. They roll easily, including over cracks in the concrete, and 3 of 4 casters even survived the abuse. I replaced the broken caster and added two more and have not had any further issues.
