They came bent in a box. I sent them back because I questioned the strength and durability of them.

These t-bolt clamps are well made and properly sized. They don't feel cheap and they are able to be cranked down tight without failure. I'm using these for intercooler piping and they work great. I look forward to them lasting a long time.

I got a set of big tough clamps to connect 2 pieces of PVC pipe via a rubber sleeve. This type of clamp is so much more dependable that some of the worm-style clamps I’ve been getting lately. Those stripped out as I tightened them. This it-bolt clamp is much stronger. This is a good set of larger clamps at a decent price.

...and handy to have in the shop. I often use clamps to hold things together when drilling holes, gluing, even cutting, especially when there are no helpers around.

Let me explain my title; these are made with many good attributes marred only by a couple of machine setup mistakes.Let me start with the good. The bands are stainless steel, the hardware is not. That is perfectly normal, only the very high end T-Bolt clamps use stainless hardware. These are nice and wide, nearly ¾†(just under 19mm) which means there is plenty of surface clamping down on your hose. They are marked as having a 103mm inside diameter which is very close to four inches. The actual T-Bolt thread is M6x1.0 a little on the skinny side. The entire circumference of both sides are slightly chamfered in order to not cut the hose.Quick note to your machine shop at Palozo; you really should consider replacing your old chamfer wheel, how much can one cost? Now for the bad news; whoever set up the machine that bends both loops at the ends before making the eight spot welds, Really? Really? You couldn’t be bothered to make the ends overlap correctly before welding? This is the difference between Cheap and Nice. One last note; what kind of metal was used to make the nuts? Gummi-Worms?Unless you are on a really tight budget, I do not recommend buying these!
