Know those little bumps that often happen when cutting with a wet saw at the end of the cut? Well these helped me so much with that issue. I used large format porcelain tile in my shower and every one of those little bumps would have been so noticeable. I did find that if the tile was wet it sanded down much faster. Again I used a marble look porcelain tile. Very happy with the help that was not a power tool as I am very accident prone.

These hand polishing pads were a great help when I needed to sand down the top edge of a glass dish used in my laboratory so that it was perfectly flat. It worked much faster than trying to use wet/dry sandpaper.

I purchased the blocks for refinishing a concrete countertop. The lower grit blocks did well, but I was disappointed with the 1000 grit block. I started with the 1000 grit in areas of the countertop that didn't need much sanding and the 1000 block left scratches in the surface that persisted through the finer sanding up to 1800 grit. I used more expensive Z-Leap pads for the finer sanding and i will go back to buy Z-Leap starting at 1000 grit and use these pads only for the rough sanding areas.

Bought these to knock down the sharp edges on a bunch of hardwood trim and they worked perfectly! They hold up much better for this type of think than paper sandpaper which has a tendency to tear or wear through. I do wish I could buy just a single grit in the future; I only needed the 200.

These work well on plaster, plastic, wood and soft steel. Probably would work on anything. The different grits helps these however are not professional tools but do a good job.
