I use these mesh pads to shine up acrylic pen blanks. They are a great buy and work so well that I use them exclusively. The multiple grits are perfect to make any pen blank smooth and shiny. They are so easy to use and they hold up for a very long time.You do have to wet sand with them and they dry very quickly to use again and again.

The grit lasts about 2 seconds. That have zero flexibility. If you try to use them for anything but coasters you'll be disappointed.

good deal but beware they are jumbled together in a box so the grit is mixed around as well. If you are going to be fine polishing be sure to rinse them well before using.

Attempted to use on a near finished light wood pen. The 600 grit left such a black stain on my wood that it was ruined. Don't recommend

Not good quality. Coating came off constantly and have to sand it off of my project. Not using these anymore.
