I bought these pads to use on my bowling ball that had a 1500 Abralon factory finish. This finish quickly faded after a few weeks of bowling and the ball became quite shiny and would no longer hook as strongly. The 1000 pads were a lot easier to find at a reasonable price than the 1500 so I gave them a try. A quick pass with a circular motion all the way around the ball restored the factory appearance and the new ball performance. I now give it a quick once-over with these pads each time after I use it. One pad will last for quite a few touch-ups of the ball.

I use these padded fine grits for polishing epoxy. I normally use a grit of 400 and then move on to a 500 and then to the 1000 pads. Gives a nice satin look before I apply the finish.

Great product. Last for a few uses - exceeds expectation. Since I find that I go through these so quickly and to pay $5/pad for a one time usage is disappointing - I was SO HAPPY with the longevity of the pad and multiple use I was able to receive from the product.
