This was used to locate the culprit of a no crank condition. It ended up that the starter was dead.

For over a year, I missed out on the opportunity to honk my horn wildly and ineffectively when stuck in traffic or following someone who was driving below the speed limit. My Road Rage Satisfaction Metrics were hitting an all time low :(Now, owning a 2007 Honda Element, I simply figured that my horn had simply gone to the Great Junkyard in the Sky. I thought it must have just died of embarrassment.But one day, my eighteen-year-old son did something amazing: He actually came up with a good idea!!!So, he got these fuses and changed them out, and now I have a working horn.So it's smooth sailing for now, but if anything changes, I will update this review.
