These are very pretty clips and also heavy duty, not flimsy at all. I hooked one set on my shawl and it has done what I wanted, it does not fall off at all.

These are very pretty and seem heavy duty...but...they do not stay hooked to each other at all.any movement and they come unhooked.

These cardigan clips aren't fancy but they do the trick. The metal feels cheap to me. I am afraid they will break if I open them too hard. That being said, it does the job and holds the fabric together.

I love sewing and making different things and have wanted to make a solid cape. My fingers suck with fine things do to fibromyalgia so the thought of buttons and fiddling with a button whole on a cape on a busy day like renfair or just work sounded terrible and has delayed me. I love simple to use clasps and intricate details and this met both.I chose this design for this cape but Wil luse the others for other things.It has clamps to clip onto it and it holds well but for a high traffic day I did not want to risk losing it as it is beautiful and small. So I sewed the end whole into to the cape and it's clasped on and it turned it wonderful imo. It is also a simple hook so it can undo fairly simply by myself and even by someone else standing in front of me.

Well, these were definitely heavy, but not heavy duty. The clips didn’t stay on that well and they pulled down on anything that was a lighter material. This was a waste of money.
