I bought this to look on top of my campers slide outs that are 12 feet up without having to hop on a ladder. I record a video and can see what’s up there.Works well for my purposes.

The Selfie Stick Tripod is a solid option overall, and I love the convenience of having both a selfie stick and tripod in one. It extends up to 51 inches, which is great for group selfies or live streaming, and the wireless remote shutter is a nice touch for hands-free shots. The stick is lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry around for events or travel. However, there are a couple of concerns. First, the extension mechanism is just a straight pull and push, with no locking feature to hold it in place. Over time, I’m worried it might lose its ability to stay extended and just start sliding back down. The second issue is with the tripod legs. There’s no clear way to easily open them up without risking pinching your fingers. It can be a bit frustrating, and I can’t tell if I’m missing something or if that’s just the design. Overall, it’s a decent product that serves its purpose, but the lack of locking on the extension and the awkward tripod leg setup make it less convenient than it could be. If you're okay with being a bit careful, it does work well for basic selfie and video needs.

It’s ok, but not very practical. You get what you pay for. It works as good as an under 10 dollar equipment.

I got this product for free, the following is my honest and unbiased review.I'm looking for the perfect selfie stick that combines small size, light weight, sturdy construction, built-in tripod, long extension, dependable phone holder, and a 2032 coin battery and On/Off switch for the built-in remote control. I'll never find all of that in a single item because these are all contrary goals. Hence all selfie sticks are a compromise. This selfie stick is a good compromise. At 7 1/2" long, it is almost pocketable, yet extends 40". The tripod legs each have an additional support, which increases rigidity and also assists deployment and stowage of the tripod legs. The overall construction is good for the price point.Curiously, the phone clamp of this selfie stick is mounted on the OUTSIDE of the hinged arm, which makes it more exposed and increases overall bulk when stowed. Most other selfie sticks locate the phone clamp such that it is *between* the hinged arm and selfie stick when stowed, which helps to protect the phone clamp and reduce overall bulk. When deployed, this "in between" placement results in the phone clamp being INSIDE the "elbow" of the hinged arm, which also allows for a bit more articulation. The exterior placement of the phone clamp on this selfie stick (when stowed) is not a deal breaker, but it IS a puzzling design choice.Unfortunately, the included Bluetooth remote control has no On/Off switch and uses a not-so-common 1632 coin battery, both of which are typical for these types of low-cost selfie sticks. I much prefer a physical On/Off switch and a more common 2032 coin battery (and I got both by purchasing a 3-pack of 3rd party Bluetooth remote controls here on Amazon). All in all, this a pretty good selfie stick for the price, and is a pretty good overall compromise of small size with tripod and decent extension. I wish the phone clamp was not exposed, but it's not a deal breaker.
