For fans of action cameras, the Mairan 114cm Invisible Selfie Stick is a multipurpose, lightweight monopod. It has a 1/4-inch extension that enables smooth, undetectable shots, making it compatible with gadgets like Insta360, GoPro, DJI, and other action cameras. This makes it ideal for immersive 360° photography and cinematography. With a maximum reach of 114 cm, this extended pole provides versatility for recording wide vistas and dramatic angles. While the wrist strap offers additional safety when in use, the buckle mount guarantees a secure attachment. This selfie stick is a necessary tool for filmmakers who want to improve their action-packed videos because it is lightweight and portable.

I think I like this selfie pole. As my phones have grown heavier and bigger over the years, I have been wary of the selfie poles set to low prices as the stability seems to be a factor. This pole, fully extended, is good at not flexing and bowing or collapsing prematurely. It is a tight hold when extending it and I even set it up on my DJI OM4 tripod and the gimbal in the middle of the room and it didn’t collapse. You will want to anchor down the tripod feet as the gimbal swingling around on this lightweight aluminum pole will most likely topple it seeing that the pole is extremely light. If it came down to this pole or my previously owned poles going out and about to catch photos and videos at a carnival or street fair, I would choose this one every time. The sturdiness of it at any extension length gives me confidence it won’t easily break off and damage my phone or someone else. If it is just standing in the room not being carried around, I can weigh down the tripod feet of the gimbal and put a heavier FeiyuTech Scorp Mini 2 on it. Just make sure you have enough weight on the feet to keep it from tipping and don’t attempt to swing the pole around with that much weight because safety of the device and those under it would be at risk. It doesn’t come with any extras like remote control for camera shutter or wired control like my previous did, but it does come with a mount for Action Camera and Go Pro-type cameras and my iPhone sits on the 1/4†connector with a camera cage I have for the phone (not included) if you are planning on using this in a physically dynamic environment like on a rollercoaster or motorcycle, I wouldn’t trust anything heavier than a go pro as the wind may catch the device face and put a larger load on the pole.

Small and compact but feels well built. Length is good for how small it packs down. I'm always concerned with these that they may be flimsy but it held my go pro all day around town no problem. Good value for the money.

I took this everywhere with my action camera. Snorkeling, selfies, and high vantage shots all worked really well. I really appreciated the light weight but strong design. The included go pro mount let me attach and angle the action cam, but it also has a quarter inch thread for any other kind of camera or a small ball head. Extending and collapsing was done by pulling and held in place by friction, so I'm not sure if this would work well with something heavy like a DSLR, but for point and shoot and action cams it work perfectly without needing to twist or snap any locks. I also appreciated the removable wrist strap, it gave me a lot more piece of mind when in the water or holding the stick over an edge. I do wish the wrist strap had an adjustment option, but that's more fear than reality talking. I also like the cushioned grip at the bottom, mixed with the light weight made it very easy to hold for long periods. Overall, it's an excellent value.

IMO the insta360 selfie stick is the best invisible stick, and this is basically an exact clone. There are some friction sticks that have 2 grooves that seem to make them a bit more fragile (I've had 2 of those break while snowboarding) but this one is just a smooth tube like the insta360 one. Even has the same grip. Definitely a fan on first look and I expect it to stand up for a while

I was honestly quite impressed with this upon opening it... After all the expanding antennae like selfie sticks it was nice to get something that is worlds better... It's still lightweight and not all that heavy duty but it's far better than some other selfie sticks I have handled and used... And that is exactly what I need as I will not be using this as a conventional selfie stick, I will be using this on top of a tripod to put an action camera about 10 feet it the air for an overhead view, the fact it has the 1/4-20 thread insert on the bottom makes it ideal for this use...

I am very happy with this selfie stick. It's light weight but feels very sturdy. It holds my Gopro well. The stick is plenty long but condenses down to a small compact size. The top end has a 1/4-20 threaded bolt and there is an included Gopro adapter that threads onto it. The bottom handle has a 1/4-20 threaded socket where the wrist strap threads in. This will allow using various mounts to attach to the selfie stick and open up new ways to get your shots.Nice stick and I'm happy with it.

This invisible selfie stick looks and feels just the same as the original Insta360 selfie stick. They are so identical it makes me think that the same manufacturer made it with just different branding logo.Save yourself some money and get this instead.
