uncut these weigh around 115g. tips are 5gthere is a small lip approx .97†into the shaft. we will see if it interferes with shortening past that. the end will take up .425†of that….update: it does. photos show ID of a cut tube and the factory end. you cannot insert the tip if you cut more than around .5†off.i ended up using a #3 drill bit (.213â€) to counterbore the new ends and made it work.
