I was filming a friend doing a downhill on a skateboard. At 30 mph I lost control of my board and crashed to the ground. In the process I dropped my video camera. The lens I purchased came disconnected from my camera bounced on the asphalt a few times and then stopped against the curb. Not a scratch on it. Thanks

This lens was purchased for my son. He uses it often and really likes working with it. He gets rave reviews on his films because of the effect this lens gives him.The down side is that it is often difficult to get the adapter ring off of the camera. This prevents him from putting the lens cover on.

It is great fo skateboarding vids if your looking to get the whole body in the shot when you are pretty close! Amazing HD quality when lense is on all around best experience with this amazing fish eye!

You can check out why I bought the fish eye,at [...] I made almost all the video shots with the fish eye on and it made a much more pro look by distorting alittle bit of eveything.
