Used these to help secure a mantel to the wall. The bolts that came with the anchors were too short so we needed a longer rod.

My husband needed these threaded rods for a modification to the carbs on his VW trike. It worked and he has gained 8 horsepower. A noticeable difference.

All 10 of them were bent. Not a lot but they were all not straight. Nuts can be threaded but they do not function well for my use, a worm gear.Best to avoid this product.

Similar to what you would get in a big box store. The packaging was oversized compared to the rods, so they were clanking around loose inside with no padding. Despite this, the threads were mostly OK. A couple were obviously bent, but not very much (bottom two in the 5th photo). I wouldn't rely on the straightness of these rods for anything. They are certainly useable for general purpose applications, though.

Low quality rough threading. One rod was bent slightly and with corrupt threading on one end. Package was open and instead of 10 total rods there were only 7.

The rods were not straight upon arrival. More than half of them had serious bends while the others were close to being straight.
