These threaded rods are as advertised. The M4 hex nuts and wing nuts I have on hand thread smoothly onto them. They will work perfectly for my project.The rods are somewhat magnetic, but not as much as other types of steel. My understanding is that the process of cold working 304 stainless steel has a tendency to induce magnetic qualities where they wouldn't otherwise exist. Frankly, I don't care if it's magnetic - as long as it resists corrosion in my outdoor application.This is a good quality item, and at just $1 per rod, I don't think you can go wrong with these.

I needed some threaded rod to make a mount for ham radio antenna and this was a lot easier than cutting heads off of bolts. Good threads, good material - solved a problem I had in building antenna

These rods are of high quality. They are well machined and they arrived in great condition with very good packaging. Nothing is bent or damaged, and it is as described. Not much else to say, perfectly happy with my purchase!
