We have ours outdoors and the after figuring out how to adjust the water flow, it's working perfectly. It has just the right amount of light and water trickling noise. Love it!

Looks really great at night but during the day not so much. The pumps output is way too low even when set on high. Because the pump is not big enough it doesn’t cascade the water across the top but trickles down on either side leaving the rest dry.

Pls re send a set of pump and hose for this product. There's a cracked and suddenly fall off the hose. The quality is not good, lasted for 2 weeks. I need a replacement. Not good for consumer, considering the amount is also expensive. The look is good, but I want to enjoy it. Pl resend a pump and hose.Thanks!

Bought the fountain in November. Looks and works great. Use it about an hour a week. Now in February the pump just stopped working. Trying to contact company.
