The pump cord should have been located below so one could easily thread the cord downward and all could be flush. Instead, one had to bend the cord and work really hard to line up the screw holes for assembly. Very time consuming and difficult.

I've bought several fountains over the decades and this is by far a favorite. Easy to assemble except for the pump (electrical cord runs out the side instead of the bottom making it difficult to attach to base)I tried to load a video but couldn't.... this is very well worth the price. Excellent quality, better than some of the more expensive fountains I've purchased.
