I absolutely love this fountain. The sound it makes is so relaxing to listen to. It has great water flow and I love the lights. It was incredibly easy to set up and has functioned perfectly since I got it. It's so pretty. I was a tiny bit concerned about the waterproof connections potentially not actually being waterproof, so I tucked all of the cords up inside the top portion and put some duct tape to keep them up there. We have a drip sprinkler system and I put one of the lines into the reservoir, so whenever the sprinkler system runs it keeps it full. I could not be more pleased.

After a long shipping delay, our fountain arrived yesterday and I set it up outside. The installation directions were not as clear as they should have been, but overall it was a simple and quick job. The fountain works as expected and the LED lighting is very attractive.While I was unpacking the box, a piece fell out which had broken off one of the spouts, probably during shipping. I emailed the company this morning about the issue and am waiting for their response. The fountain works fine without the piece, and I can probably glue the piece back on, but I'm interested in what the company has to say.I agree with other reviews which mentioned the need for 2 outlets, 1 for the pump and 1 for the lights. A better design would have integrated the electrical needs into 1 cord.Overall we're happy with the fountain, but of course, it's been running for only 1 day. I'll update this review when I hear back from Tankana.December 22nd I heard back from Tankana and they were very helpful and understanding of the issue with the broken piece. They sent a detailed description how to repair the problem as well as extending the warranty from 1 to 2 years. Very happy with their customer service.

My old fountain was leaking and done so I got this one. Darker in color than picture shows but looks great. Easy to set up. Pretty heavy. Nice sounds from the water flow and the lights are great too. Was worried the birds would take it over but on a timer so just runs in the evening.

We wanted a fountain that would help distract us from traffic sounds from the road behind our house and this fountain has done a good job.Pros:- easy to set up- easy to clean- large water reservoir so we do not have fill it too often- makes nice burbly water noises- looks good on our patio- shallow depth lets it double as a bird bathCons:- debris from trees (like blooms, leaves) get into the reservoir and can clog pump. We added screening over the return holes to reduce this problem.- pump does not stick to the bottom of the reservoir and floats, which means it stops pumping water if water levels go down

We just set this up, and it looks great! The flow of water from the pump was much stronger than I expected (in a good way). I'll try to add a picture later; looks great. It also includes a 1-year warranty, and they'll even extend it to 2 years if you leave a review for any faulty components (excluding some avoidable damage like limescale build up, algae, etc.).Couple of things to note, you will need a three prong and two prong plug since the lights and pump are on different cords (pretty normal, but just something to plan for). Also, and again this is normal for any fountain, make sure the surface is level since the tiers drain in certain directions.I do wish the fountain had filters on the bottom to protect the motor, but I understand why they only kept the filters higher up. If the filters block the water from entering the base and it all overflowed, which is no big deal for us since we keep it outside, but some people keep it inside (PLUS, I don't know if the motor shuts off if it gets exposed to air/obviously that would be bad if the motor kept running without enough water in the base).

There was a minor crack in the unit, but it was easily fixed with an adhesive. The pump works beautifully, the water has a nice gentle sound, and the lights provide gorgeous ambience. Beautiful design. One tip I would suggest. I created a concrete pad in a frame so it sits flat on the ground and added a steel bar anchored into the concrete because the fountain is in my front yard, and the steel bar prevents it from being stolen.

I received and easily put this fountain together and it works very well. The quality is what you would expect for the price and adding rocks and plants around the base made it more attractive. The one problem I have is that the motor is too loud. When I'm sitting inside I hear it through the wall and outside the noise from it is drowning out the water trickling through the fountain. This is a replacement fountain for me and the pump I had in my previous fountain was never a problem. I will probably order an additional silent motor and see if that makes a difference. I thought maybe I would get used to it but it bothers me alot.
