As background, we were replacing a four foot+, three tier traditional look ceramic fountain we had outside our patio that cracked after three years of use. During its three years, it seemed like I was replacing water every day after work because of splash or wind blowing the water as it dropped from one of the four openings on each upper level. Despite using water treatment with every water refill, every other week I generally had a half-clogged pump, debris/bugs in the water or slime that needed to be addressed, not to mention hard water stains from a fountain that was constantly 3/4 empty. So, we thought we would try a different style and one we could put inside our screen porch.we have only had the new fountain up and running for a couple of weeks now so cannot speak to longevity but so far have absolutely no regrets. The unit was delivered in a very heavy cardboard carton which could survive any of the delivery services. Then encased in a Styrofoam recyclable shell. As a result, the unit was well protected and arrived undamaged. The Styrofoam was thick enough to only have a few crumbs of the annoying stuff that stick to everything. It did smell. The fountain did/does not. The back of fountain has an opening for the pump and excess wiring. There were some small pieces of debris in there (mainly small pieces of fiberglass) I cleaned out by hand with the help of a flashlight. Not a big deal but I would recommend you inspect before filling with water. Set up took all of 10-15 minutes. I experienced no leaks. You will need two outlets as there are separate plugs for the lights and the pump. I put each on its own timer.They recommend you start with the pump on full open and then dial down if you experience splashing. I had very little splashing that went outside of the bowls at full open but the sound was actually too loud for the screen porch so I dialed down the flow by half to get it right for our location. I doubt this would be a concern if you had the fountain outside where the wind and perhaps distance will require maximum decibels. You can also put a small smooth rock in any of the bowls away from the light to further soften the sound if desired. Speaking of lights, they really do look good at night. They are located on the bottom of the bowls. LED but very soft. The dropping water reflects off of the light and the look is definitely five stars IMO. For our purpose, this unit delivers everything we wanted which was decent sound and a non-cheesy look during the day. At night it is five stars all the way. All in all, checks all the boxes for me at perhaps, a mid-range price. I think you get what you pay for. Up and running out of the box in short order. Good sound and relaxing lighting. Another bonus....haven’t put a drop of water in it yet which likely is as much the location as the fountain. Very happy.

This water feature is beautiful and feels to be made of high quality materials. The assembly was very easy and it works very well. It adds a beautiful ambiance to our backyard along with the relaxing sound of the falling water. A great value and highly recommended.

It's beautiful. What we liked was the size and the looks. The bowls have lighting in them, except for the top one. It's sounds good too, you can adjust the amount of the streaming water.It does splash water around the outside, depending on how much or little you set your water stream.Since it did splash, we opted to put plants around the base. We set the fountain on a couple of cinder blocks and made a planter around it.If you have lots of winds or hit weather, you will have to fill it every few days. We opted to install our own water auto filler. Since we have hard water, we add a bit of water conditioner, animal and plant friendly.My brother and his wife saw this fountain and bought one for themselves.Our dog seems to think it's her new water bowl too.

This fountain is easy to set up and the water fall sound is so relaxing. I have it on the lowest setting and it is audible (located in the kitchen) in the living room. I also ordered a water clarifier that clears and cleans the water as it circulates. This fountain is durable and the performance is top notch! No regrets!!

After reading the good reviews I decided to get this new fountain to my delight arrived early great seller and customer service ! easy to set up nice water flow used a wireless control for the light work perfectVery very happy look so good on my condo terrace now my friend decided to get one also
