I was concerned when I got home from work to find this upside down and the box just shy of destroyed. All warning printed on the box were ignored. This side up, keep dry, fragile and handle with care. It rattled when I turned it upright. I felt for sure it was broken. It isn't! The rattle was the wires for the lights and it is in perfect condition! This is my fifth fountain in my search for sometime different. My original goal was for a fountain for my patio. I love this so much it's staying in my living room! My favorite part is the "rain" part on the top, as opposed to the pour spouts that you find on every fountain. I wish it lit on every level but it's a minor issue. It's not as loud as the others I've purchased and is perfect for my living room. It's easy to pick up because the way the "rocks" are almost makes like handles and even with it full of water, it's not overly heavy. Also, the wells are deep enough, I didn't spill a drop when I picked it up and moved it. I do have it on a silicone pet food mat incase it leaked, which it hasn't, and to protect my floors from possible scratches. I also put it on an outlet remote so I can easily turn it on and off. I love everything about it! I do have one particularly playful cat that loves to climb it 🙄 and its still standing.. An added bonus is that it got delivered almost 2 weeks earlier than expected!

I purchased this fountain as a wedding gift. I wanted something different, rather than the usual wedding gifts. The Zen Buddha came wrapped really well. As I opened it up styrofoam beads went everywhere. I had a hard time getting the screen off the reservoir area to hook up the pump and lights. I carefully removed it with a screwdriver and was afraid I’d chip the fountain. The material it’s made of could chip easily. I had to vacuum styrofoam out of everywhere and what I couldn’t reach with the vacuum I blew out with a hairdryer. It was all over the dining room. I had the hairdryer out to soften the hose that I could put on the pump, the hose is really small. I also purchased a hose clamp to hold it on. It was a perfect size, I wanted something bigger. I took it over to the kids house that are getting married so they could open it before the wedding/honeymoon. I wanted them to enjoy it before they left and the few months before fall arrives. We had to poke with a bamboo skewer some holes that were clogged in the waterfall part, above the Buddha’s head. Everything worked and they listened to it last night and said they loved it and it was therapeutic. All in all I’m glad I purchased the perfect gift for them. The warranty is for one year and if it’s going to fail I hope it does while we’re covered by the warranty. Yes, for anyone who is thinking about buying this fountain go for it, it’s sweet!

Let me start by saying we love this fountain. We have had several fountains and we enjoy this the most of any we've ever had. The one thing that I feel would improve the design would be to have a switch to turn the lights off. Not because I mind burning electricity. But eventually they will burn out and they are burning all day long if I leave the fountain on during the day which is not needful and will only accelerate one or more of them burning out. I know it will be virtually impossible to do anything with the lights once they burn out. At night with the lights on the fountain is absolutely gorgeous.

The Light House was as was described. Liked it very much. Flashing light on top works nicely. Waterfall flow is great! A nice out door piece.

It was packed securely. Easy to set up. I wasn't expecting much since I paid less than $100 for it, but I was pleasantly surprised. The led light is bright enough to give it a nice warm glow at night. Can't wait to plant some flowers around it.

So simple to assemble pump and fountain is one piece. So pretty in person, love the sound it makes. Very relaxing. It lights up and has a pretty waterfall. Very pleased.
