Overall great product. Two quick tips regarding assembly:1. Connect the tubing to the top-tier (faucet) prior to attaching it to the rest of the fountain. Otherwise, you will be blindly trying to connect it, and the opening on the bottom end of the faucet is very small.2. Also dry fit the top tier before attaching because you will likely need to cut the tubing a little bit because it is too long. I had to trim the tubing for the top two tears because the length they provided caused kinks when connected.Other than that assembly is a breeze, and the product is great. Very pleased.

I bought this fountain last year to remind me of my childhood and my dad who built a water pump in our garden. I placed green and blue lights. The calming sound of water makes our yard serene, peaceful, and relaxing. Also the company has the most awesome warranty. They replaced this item after 6 months because the middle barrel had a crack. Highly recommended! Awesome experience, great beautiful item, noteworthy company to buy from!

Unfortunately, this worked for a single season then leaked like crazy! Not bad to put together although the tubes were barely a fit. Last year it was great (albeit tough to clean) and this was stored (assembled) in a basement. This year, it worked for the first day or so it was put out, but then began to leak profusely. Couldn't keep water in the bottom bucket. Don't see where it might be leaking from and the top no longer pushes out water. It's cute, but unfortunately doesn't appear to be very well made. Sadly didn't purchase the protection plan which I would recommend if you purchase this because it's the only way you'd get more than one season out of it.Had out from June until September and that is as long as it worked (meaning the "season" was essentially 4 months)

I had high hopes for the two tier and three tier fountains I purchased. Both have problems with the hoses popping off and the larger three tier is worse but both require daily maintenance. I have tons of water features but won't be purchasing anymore Alpine products.

It’s the right size & beautiful!Placed it on my deck, it’s relaxing to hear the water spilling over each one of the barrels.Whenever we have friends over they are astounded by how beautiful it looks!

A satisfied customer, Lincolnshire UK.You may be surprised that I’ve rated this water feature with 5 stars, when I first took delivery of this product which was broken on arrival…!! This had obviously happened during delivery, but it was such that it was unusable. I immediately contacted customer service by email, showing photos of the broken parts, and on the very same day, Jamie Alforque​, a customer service representative, arranged to have a second delivery sent out, without the need to return any of my first delivery, which I can now use as spares if ever needed. The second delivery arrived in tack and within 30 mins of its arrival, I had it assembled and running and we’re delighted with it, and also delighted with the prompt and reassuring support from Alpine’s customer service team.

Got mine at half price, but wouldn’t have paid full whack. Easy to assemble. Works fine. Looks ok, if a bit plasticky. Issues? Cable is very short. For the money I paid it’s a great budget water feature.

I was so looking forward to this item. Said easy to assemble!!! Hmmmm ... not so.I accept I am old and disabled but I don't usually have trouble assembling things.Quite complicated and 19 screws to get through slightly offset badly drilled holes!Could not get tubing onto Pump. Used hot water and water based lubricant ;) ;) which helped.Whole thing very fiddly. Took me THREE HOURS!!!!However, once put together and up and running... it's really rather fine.Despite being in agony now .... am pleased with final object but really had to drop stars for lack of ease of assembly.THIS IS THE THREE BARREL ONE! Maybe some of the other choices are easier!!!
