Spoil Yourself, buy this kit!If you are a big fan of Deutsch style connectors, this kit is a bargain! Of course, they are counting the contacts in the advertised 48 pieces, but despite that, you are getting an incredible deal. This is what is commonly called the “Big Pin†Kit because the pins are 12 to 14 gauge so they can transmit a hefty 25 amp current at 12 volts. These are the best two pin connectors for auxiliary high power lighting. As you can probably tell, I am a great fan of Deutsch connectors. They are hands down the best waterproof automotive connector money can buy. They are compact but can still transmit a high amperage current. Did I claim they are waterproof? 100% if you learn how to use Silicone Di-Electric Grease. Look it up.If you have never used these before, there is a learning curve, there are tons of YouTube videos showing you ‘How To’. The stamped contacts in this kit are the cheap pins, still okay for everyday use. If you want to step up your game, buy yourself the solid pins and a 4 pin crimper tool. Then your connections will be even more professional and reliable.For the beginner, this is a fantastic starter kit.For the Pro, this is a cheap way to stock up on connectors.I highly recommend this kit!

Got the job done temporarily but will definitely need to replace soon. Pins do not stay locked into place and fall out the back of the connector

I am rewiring and upgrading the electrical system on a 70's Nissan 280Z. The Electronic components I am adding come set up with Deutsch connectors so it made sense for me to use them throughout the new wiring harness. I had already ordered a "starter kit" knowing that I would eventually need a few more connectors to finish out my wiring. This kit was a great option for getting a smaller quantity of 2 pin connectors that I needed. Deutsch connectors are really good quality but also a bit pricey, so being able to order just enough to finish my project was very cut effective and I like not having a ton of them left over when the project is done.
