Tons of rivets, most sizes for many applications. The hole punch isn't capable of anything thicker than a sheet of paper but the rivet punch included works perfectly. Just don't over do it, a few taps to set the rivet is all that's needed. Good value

This kit is what it is- cheap. It does, however, come with almost everything that you need except for a hammer and workbench. The storage container is very flimsy and does not hold up to travel; drop it from a few feet and it will shatter.Included is a punch tool that is a bit too large for the included rivets, but will work in a pinch or thicker materials like leather or heavy denim. The bucking piece has recesses on either side that match the rivets in the kit. The setting tool is likewise double-sided to match as well, but will easily damage rivets if not centered perfectly or struck too hard. The rivets themselves are not of high quality and will deform, break, or just not match up properly unless you are very careful. Blind riveting has a learning curve, but fortunately, this kit is very affordable so you won't have much to lose while learning the technique. The included spring-loaded punch is a nice addition for smaller projects where only a few rivets are needed. Be sure to clean the punch tools after use so that they do not get clogged up with the materials that they remove. If you take a liking to riveting or have a large project, I recommend a sturdier set of punches that can be attached to the chuck of a power drill. Stretchy fabrics will require a much smaller hole punch than what is included with this kit. A soft mallet is best for fixing the rivets in place, but a steel hammer and a gentle touch will work most of the time. The most difficult part is aligning the rather small bucking piece with the set and keeping everything steady before bringing the hammer down. Fortunately, you can loosely snap the rivet ends together to mock-up your work piece and separate them once or twice before joining them permanently. Make sure that the bucking piece is set upon a hard surface before joining the pieces so as to avoid injury and damage to floors or furniture.

These rivets are fragile. Literally fall to pieces as soon as you hit them as each component is 2 pieces of metal pinched together. The metal is so thin that it immediately separates or tears apart. The colors are nice, but it isn't worth the expense for repurposed aluminum cans with spray paint.
