This product seems to be well made. I got it to clean my retainer and jewelry - haven’t used it for jewelry yet. I have used other cheaper cleaners that I bought and with those, I couldn’t visibly see the difference. With this cleaner - I can absolutely see the difference!I would say you have to make sure you line up the lid correctly so it comes in contact with the bottom correctly (see pic). Easy to operate- just hold down the power button. There are multiple options but I use the daily one so it’s 5 minutes I think. It come with a brush to clean with as well. I use warm water and drop a cleaning tab in it.I would recommend this product- I think it’s reasonably priced, it’s easy to operate and clean, and seems to be well made.

I recently got my hand on ultrasonic retainer cleaner and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This this is very very sensitive for over fill and for dumping. There should be a gasket or a seal above the water fill line to prevent internal damage but it gets ruined when you clean the thing out or over fill or dump.. works well when it does but it won’t last only lasted me 2 weeks at most lol I might buy one and out cocking around the fill line just to make it water proof just a dumb design but good product other then that it works well depending on ur solution you use. I just used Amazon jewelry cleaner for the sonic cleaner and u mix with water works good

I really liked this product until I didn't. It took me over a month to realize you'd had to line up the lid for the UV portion to work. After using for a total of 3 months, the part where you plug into machine broke and couldn't be fixed. Order something else this time.
